Completely Non-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum booking required
Accessibility: Property requires using stairs throughout. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those unable to navigate stairs
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check-out at 11:00 AM
Payment: 50% deposit required to secure your dates, full payment guarantees booking
Security Deposit: $250 refundable security deposit required at check-in
Outside Visitors: Require manager pre-approval (10AM-5PM only)
